Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ainzrips. The following shipping policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping Locations  
We currently ship to Switzerland and selected international destinations within Europe, including but not limited to Germany and France.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us for possible shipping options.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the order.

Estimated shipping costs may vary depending on carrier rates and package size.

Delivery Times  
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Switzerland: 1–3 business days  
Germany: 3–7 business days  
France: 3–7 business days  
Other European destinations: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other external factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

If a package is lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
